Mohd Lutfi Mat Lazim

Mohd Lutfi Mat Lazim, 46 is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Digicert Sdn Bhd.  He joined Pos Malaysia Group on 16 November 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer.  He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom).  Before joining the Group he worked at Data Power Sdn Bhd, Bank Bumiputra (M) Berhad and PLUS Expressways Berhad Group.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Ami Azrul bin Abdullah@Awang

Mr. Ami holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Imperial College. An associate of the Royal College of Science London, he is also a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), and has accumulated more than ten years experience in information security. He is also a founding member of the Malaysian Chapter of Internet Society. After a few years with civil service, he joined Digicert in 2001, looking into operational matters of the licensed Certification Authority. His current interests, apart from cryptography, include online security at large vis-à-vis governance, risk and compliance issues and processes.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shuhaila binti Ibrahim

Ms. Shuhaila holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from UiTM. She is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant and has a total of 15 years of accounting experience of which 6 years in the managerial level in the areas of finance, accounting, treasury, budgetary, corporate finance and credit control from both local and international firms.

CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Amir Suhaimi Hassan

Mr. Amir graduated from the Institute Technology MARA with an honours degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and Business Management. He also holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the same institute. Mr. Amir Suhaimi joined DIGICERT in 1998 and was directly involved in the setting up of DIGICERT as Malaysia’s first licensed Certification Authority (CA). As the then project manager, Mr. Amir was responsible in the overall application process for Digicert’s CA licence from the Controller of CA. As a project manager, Mr. Amir manages and is responsible for DIGICERT’s key projects including the Ministry of Finance’s e-perolehan, CIMB’s e-banking and its latest projects, LHDN and e-Filing.

CHIEF RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Jumairie Ismadi bin Jamil

Mr. Jumairie Ismadi graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. He joined the workforce as a Junior EDI Consultant with EDI Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and then moved on to become an Application Engineer in the Research and Development Lab Projects undertaken by MIMOS in 1998. As part of the team which successfully created iVEST, En. Jumairie was at the helm of Customer Service, Registration Authority (RA), Procurement& Production of the iVEST business unit. His tasks include QA, Implementation of RA, Customer Support and SOP Development. He joined DIGICERT in July 2008 as the Head of Department for Customer Care and Production, and currently as the Chief Relationship Officer of DIGICERT.

CHIEF SUPPORT OPERATION OFFICER
Zainal bin Shahdan

Mr. Zainal is a graduate of RMIT University in Australia in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and also holds a Degree in Computer Sceince from University of Iowa. He was the Head of Information Technology in Pos Malaysia. Prior to joining DIGICERT in 2008, he is now the Chief Support Operation Officer, responsible for designing and maintaining the PKI components and specialises in X.500 Directory Implementation and Network- System Administration.

HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Rahmayati Lim binti Sukiman Lim

Ms. Rahmayati holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from University Science of Malaysia. She started to join DIGICERT as PKI Engineer and has more than 8 years of working experience in PKI. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). Currently, she leads the Installation & Commissioning of the POS Malaysia’s National Mail & Parcel Hub Project.

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCE
Mohd RIdzwan bin Mohd Shukor

Mr. Ridzwan Mohd Shukor graduated from the University Technology of MARA (UiTM) with Diploma in Public Administration & Law. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Corporate Administration from the same instituition. He started working with VPI International Sdn Bhd in 2006 in Administration Department. He joined DIGICERT in 2008 as a Human Resource Executive and now leads the division.
