KUDOS to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) for providing an excellent e-Filing service. 

I filed my return a few weeks ago. Getting the PIN from IRB by phone was a breeze, downloading the digital cert took only seconds, and filing my return took only a few minutes. It was all done in 15 minutes ... no sweat!  

No doubt there will be many complaints now as the deadline arrives. Complaints of IRB hotlines unanswered, PINs not received, Digicert website being inaccessible, e-Filing website being slow, and lack of information/training by IRB. 

But really, all those complaining now have only themselves to blame for leaving it right to the last minute when thousands are all filing at the same time. 

Blame yourselves for your procrastination, not the IRB who have provided a very good system!
